Responsibilities

• Manage seasonal product development calendars, milestones, fittings, sample reviews, approvals, and work-in-progress reporting.
• Coordinate factory sample making, fabric distribution, cut tickets, bills of materials (BOMs), development purchase orders, and handoffs to production.
• Attend fittings, document feedback, and communicate updates among design, patternmaking, technical design, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead atelier workflow, resource allocation, inventory, equipment maintenance, freelance staffing, and day-to-day operations.
• Establish quality control and safety standards for patterns and finished garments while supporting show, photo-shoot, and market preparation.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent relevant experience in product development.
• 5–10 years of product development experience, preferably in apparel or fashion.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, detail-management, and deadline-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with product management systems such as GCS, RLM, or PLM; proficient in Microsoft Excel.
