Responsibilities:

·       Provide directions and ideas from design to final production, including costing, materials, styling, colour palette, sampling, packaging and comprehensive project timelines and market trends analysis

·       Develop product sketches, brand books, range book and execution of technical packs

·       Conduct and sourcing fabric, material, trim, accessories, colour palette and graphics research based on trend direction and define product specification

·       Liaise with sourcing suppliers for design and development of sampling, quotation, full production and assist in presentation and documentation settings

·       Work closely with management and team into production-ready, and ensuring samples meet brand quality standard and market trends. Keep progress updating and traceability of product development record.

Requirements:

·       Experience: 5+ years of applicable experience in sportswear & fashion design, ideally outdoor garments, compression, activewears, sports accessories field.

·       Education: Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Textile and Garments.

·       Market Knowledge: Technical expertise in sportswear product categories. Strong awareness of market needs of sportswear and sports fashion trend.

·       Communication & Language: Team spirit is a Key. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is needed. Japanese speaking is an advantage.

·       PC Skillset: Familiar with design software/programme: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Canva, AI imaging tools.

·       Mentality: Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
