Profile of the job holder

I. Around 2 - 5 years of experience either in mechanical product Design ,Quality, Testing, Engineering Service, Engineering technology, technical evaluation/calculation, Technical Service function in Automotive industry

II. Bachelor of Engineering /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Key responsibilities

• Spec sheet evaluation and Drawing creation
• Manufacturing drawing creation through reverse engineering
• Concept and Implementation of development Product tests activity
• Able to prepare the Test Plans for the Product
• Able to Conduct Static and Vehicle level tests Individually.
• Setting Up Test Environment
• Comprehensively Documenting the test Result
• Evaluating and Analyzing Test Results
• Identifying root cause of test failure of product
• Knowledge of Engineering and testing procedure
• Knowledge on GD&T
• Familiar with the Measuring instruments
• Able to Conduct the Inspection and generation of Report for the Components
• Benchmarking of the products
• Knowledge on Mechatronics will be an added advantage.
