Product Development & Innovation Head

We are looking for a Product Development & Innovation Head to lead the end-to-end development of new products, from consumer insight and ideation through product development and launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consumer research and market analysis to identify product opportunities and innovation pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) from concept to launch.
• Develop product strategy including positioning, pricing, promotion, USP, and Reason to Believe (RTB).
• Lead packaging development and ensure it supports the product proposition and brand positioning.
• Develop product communication strategy and key messages.
• Collaborate with R&D, Packaging, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other functions to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Monitor campaign and launch execution and evaluate product performance post-launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Product Development, Innovation, or NPD, preferably in FMCG/Consumer Goods.
• Proven track record in end-to-end NPD and successful product launches.
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, product positioning, USP, pricing, packaging, and commercialization.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to drive projects from concept to execution.
• Experience working closely with R&D, Packaging, Sales, Supply Chain, and Communication teams is highly preferred.
