Product Development & Manufacturing Engineer

Based in Nappanee, Indiana, our growing company creates everything from high-end motorsports trailers and custom mobile laboratories to a specialized line of quality RVs. As our engineering team expands, we’re looking for someone who’s excited to help us improve our products and bring new ideas to life.

You could be a great fit if you have manufacturing experience, a strong eye for detail, and solid SolidWorks skills—especially with large assemblies and weldments. We’re looking for someone who stays organized, can keep several projects moving, and is comfortable working both independently and with a team.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Explore new ideas and develop products and features that move our trailers forward.
• Partner with our production team to develop robotic welding fixtures, create miscellaneous jigs, and support CNC programming.
• Take ownership of projects and guide them from the first idea through completion.
• Create and provide shop and assembly drawings for custom trailer layouts as needed.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Solidworks proficiency
• Communication skills and a team player
• Understanding of manufacturing methods and processes
• Weldments and large assembly experience preferred

Salary position with profit sharing bonus places overall compensation between $75-115K first year. Compensation rates may vary based on skill set and experience level.
