Product Development Assistant

We are partnering with a rapidly growing business behind a portfolio of beauty and personal care brands, sold in 18+ countries across Europe, the Middle East and the US. This is a brilliant next step for someone with a couple of years in NPD who’s ready for broader exposure.

The role

You’ll support new launches across skincare, haircare, toiletries and cosmetics, working closely with the CEO from first concept through to delivery. You’ll:

• Development: Drive the creation and development of commercially viable product concepts.
• Innovation: Initiate and implement creative, market-driven product stories.
• Project coordination: Manage projects from concept brief to launch, ensuring adherence to critical path timelines and successful completion.
• Market research: Conduct market analysis and consumer research to identify gaps in the market and potential opportunities for new product development. Leverage insights to guide decision-making and product strategy.
• Budget management: Plan, manage and track project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and commercial feasibility

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years in a similar product development role, ideally in beauty or toiletries
• Proven project management experience
• Far East sourcing and development experience is a real plus
