PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER

• Lead and supervise the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory standards, and company objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and regulatory to design, develop, and approve new products.
• Prepare and review product specifications, documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Monitor product performance after launch and recommend improvements to optimize success.
• Manage relationships with vendors providing product components and services.
• Provide regular reports and insights on development progress, market trends, and product performance to management.
• Supervise and mentor team members involved in product development activities to ensure effective execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuary, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product development, project management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and development methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and data analysis.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
• Leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
