Product Development Chemist

1.      To perform bulk testing and final processing testing on products manufactured.

2.      To manage all GMP documents, making sure documents related to GMP procedure are all well documented and kept.

3.      To manage retained samples which will be stored in humidity chamber for 3 months.

4.      To issue BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and to key in data from BMR once production is complete.

5.      To perform inspection for incoming raw material and packaging material. And also to make sure GMP related documents on material receiving are well documented.

6.      To send retained samples for external lab check periodically according to inspection schedule.

7.      To manage instruments calibration.

8.      To manage GMP area instrument and device condition.

9.      To make sure flow of goods/workers within GMP area are good and free of obstruction.

10.  To meet with GMP officials during annual/bi-annual inspection.

11.  To participate in any formulation activity from concept discussion to item production.

12.  To be able to participate in discussion with customers on conceptualizing formulation with supervision of your superior.

Additional Task:

13.  To assist in the invoicing and office documentations when needed.

14.  To be able to help in the production area in the event of lack of workers.
