• Develop new products according to customer's requirements
• To negotiate with makers for price with quality
• To be organized for filing for daily inquires, order files
• Understand for whole procedure from looking for products, get orders to follow details with product quality, package, inspection, delivery, etc.
• Independently creates value for the company by securing business through competitive quotations and managing new development activities effectively
• Develops strong personal relationships with key clients
• Adheres to correct business practices and company procedures
• Strong knowledge of purchasing market and price level as well as target consumer sales market
• Ability to perform cost analysis based on raw material prices
• Can follow for the sample approval lead time carefully
• Responsible for maintaining healthy margins and cash flow for customers under management
• Actively pursues business development activities for the company Work Experience Requirements
• At least 6 years working experience in project management or sourcing/merchandising for assorted consumer products
• Good knowledge and background on plastic, bamboo and metal materials and the related manufacturing processes - “0-1” product development
• Familiar with US markets Skill Requirements
• Strong ability to reading, writing and spoken in English
• Good negotiation ability,
• Self-motivated team player & willing to work under pressure
• Aggressive / responsible and willing to travel Education Requirement
• University degree, preferably in Marketing and/or business administration, economics, engineering or other relevant discipline
