Product Development (Condo)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market and design research to identify and establish design trends and directions for all relevant areas, including common areas, interior design, architectural design, and landscape design, in collaboration with related teams.
• Conduct competitor research and analysis to identify opportunities and establish product development strategies, including design concepts and material selections, in order to enhance the company's competitive advantage in the market.
• Participate in presentations and discussions to define appropriate product segments and positioning, ensuring that developed products are effectively aligned with target customers and business objectives.
• Design and develop products for assigned segments in accordance with company standards, ensuring that projects are delivered within the required timeline, quality standards, and approved budget.
• Monitor and review potential design defects from projects where developed designs have been implemented. Collect feedback and issues from project teams, coordinate with relevant decision-makers to identify solutions, and continuously improve designs to ensure they remain practical and ready for future implementation.
• Develop and enhance existing designs by improving functions, space planning, layouts, or façade designs (re-façade) to create new product concepts and design alternatives.
• Coordinate with external and internal designers and key stakeholders, including committees, Construction/Project Management teams, Vice Presidents, Marketing teams, and other relevant departments, to develop residential products and standardized designs as “Products on Shelf” ready for deployment in future projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams responsible for construction drawings and technical documentation, as well as other related departments, to ensure drawings and deliverables are completed accurately and within the required schedule.
• Research and evaluate construction materials, building technologies, and material innovations. Collaborate with suppliers to develop or improve materials and explore new applications that can support the development of new products for the company.
• Prepare product information, design specifications, and supporting materials for sales and marketing communications, including information related to sales promotions and product features.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, preferably with a major in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise condominium design, preferably within a real estate development company, architectural design firm, or related organization.
• Good knowledge of architectural design, construction management, and construction supervision, particularly for condominiums and high-rise buildings.
• Basic knowledge of relevant building regulations, architectural codes, and property development / land allocation requirements.
• Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership, ownership, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp 3D, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe Illustrator.
• Possession of a valid Professional Architectural License (ภ.สถ.) will be considered an advantage.
