About the Role

Reporting to the Product Manager and working collaboratively with our wider Product team, the Product Development Coordinator provides day-to-day support across product data, product information and product project administration. You’ll support the Product Information Coordinator with data entry and maintenance of product data within our PIM and other business systems, helping ensure product information stays complete, consistent and readily available across the business, while also responding to routine product queries from internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Entering and maintaining product data within the PIM and other business systems, ensuring information is accurate, complete and consistent.
  • Checking and validating product details such as codes, descriptions, images, specifications and website data, and escalating any discrepancies.
  • Responding to day-to-day product queries from internal and external stakeholders, and referring more complex queries to the appropriate team member.
  • Assisting with project and task tracking, keeping statuses, due dates and notes current.
  • Supporting new product introduction by loading and confirming website product data and assets.
  • Helping document PIM processes and procedures within our internal training database.
  • Contributing to key initiatives including the Master Samples Project, plastic reduction programmes, and product lifecycle management.

What We’re Looking For

  • NCEA Level 3 or equivalent secondary education; tertiary study in business, marketing, supply chain or a related field is advantageous.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an administration, data entry, product support or coordination role, or a recent graduate with relevant study.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with large volumes of data.
  • Sound computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PIM, ERP or project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and a genuine desire to learn the product range and promotional products industry.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary commensurate with your experience.
  • Health and wellness support to help you thrive, both at work and beyond.
  • A genuinely supportive team environment invested in your development.
  • A flat structure where initiative, fresh ideas, and real contribution are noticed and rewarded.
  • The opportunity to build your career within an industry-leading Australasian business.
  • A base in Dunedin, a city that offers a great lifestyle, a strong sense of community, and plenty of opportunity.
