Product Development Coordinator

TITLE: Product Development Coordinator - Fashion Retail Industry

LOCATION: New York City, NY - hybrid schedule - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

CONTRACT: 3 months - with extension

PAY RANGE: $30 - 33 per hour on W2

Russell Tobin is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to work with our well-recognized industry leader in the Fashion Retail Industry.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

2-5 years product development experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Production, Operations, Apparel Product Lifecycle or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Suite and proficient using Excel.
• Nice to have: PLM Centric
• Individual contributor responsible for coordinating the development of products.
• Monitors the development process for the product line.
• Acts as point person on development details with vendor partners and cross-functional teams. Creates and updates seasonal development charts, WIPs, readiness decks, etc.
• Coordinates workflow of weekly updates to ensure timely communication with vendors, production, technical, and merchandising.
• Tracks development to ensure execution is within timeframes.
• Communicates design development details.
