Product Development Engineer (BOM Creation + PLM)

Work Schedule: US Working Hours / Night Shift
Work Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Hybrid)

What is your mission?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to manage product data governance, BOM creation, and ERP data accuracy. This role is responsible for maintaining product master data, validating lifecycle status, creating SKUs, and supporting BOM structures to ensure seamless product commercialization and production readiness.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Manage and validate product lifecycle status and ensure alignment with commercialisation requirements
• Conduct final reviews of product data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Maintain and govern product master data, including attributes, hierarchies, and relationships
• Apply data validation rules and business standards to ensure high-quality data
• Monitor, identify, and resolve data quality issues across systems
• Create and maintain SKUs, UPC/GTIN, and EAN codes
• Manage item creation for Make items and assign BOMs in ERP and PLM systems
• Update Planning Details, organisational assignments, sourcing rules, and Approved Supplier Lists in ERP systems
• Perform bulk uploads and downloads of product data
• Update legacy items in ERP to align with PLM system data
• Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs), including colour variant and packaging BOM structures
• Support packaging BOMs, including main structures and shared components
• Handle supplier quote creation and revisions
• Generate and manage Sample Request Forms (SRFs) for Product, Packaging, Marketing, and Sales teams

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required)

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience

• Background in manufacturing or related industry

• Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures

• Hands-on experience in ERP/MRP systems within a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions

• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS or similar; specific ERP not required)

• Strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate with global stakeholders

• High level of organisation, attention to detail, and data accuracy

• Highly adaptable, trainable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
