Product Development Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities The position requires cross-function communication The position will also require direct technical communication with the outside customer Support quotation and lead Technical Review with global and domestic customers

• Developing products follows APQP process - verification and validation plans,
• DFM drawings,
• CDR(Component Design Review) reviews etc
• Customer Cubing Assist in the development and pre-production processes, such as - pre-production verification Support and assist in special teams and projects such as - lean manufacturing, VA/VE Innovation and market study etc Undertaking assignments and tasks as directed by the PDE Manager Comply with EHS system’s requirements. Comply with IATF16949 system’s requirements. Qualification At least Bachelor's degree, Vehicle or automotive or mechanical design related At least 6 years’ relevant working experience in automotive plastics Familiar with interior and exterior development process A working knowledge of plastics design and injection mold tooling is required. International working skills and an understanding of the auto markets are required. Good computer skills are also necessary. Can use Catia V5 with minimum 4 years practical Application A working knowledge of other CAD systems such as AutoCad, Solidworks UG is desirable Good in English speaking, writing and reading Able to use DFMEA as development tool, and familiar with PFMEA Familiar APQP development process Plus points if have: Experience in electronic product development Experience in lighting product development
