What they need
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related technical course
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a plastic manufacturing environment
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Experience handling incoming, in-process, and final product inspection
- Additional training or certification in Quality Management Systems is an advantage
