Product Development Engineer

Tired of sustaining work and ECO paperwork? Same. Let’s fix that.

I’m working with a manufacturer that’s growing fast and needs another engineer who wants to build new things, not babysit old ones. You’d take products from a blank screen to the production floor and see your designs come to life.

What your week looks like

• Working directly with customers to figure out what they actually need, then designing it

• Getting hands-on with prototypes and testing, not just handing off drawings

• Solving the tricky problems when a design and the shop floor disagree

• Sharing your ideas with leadership that actually listens and acts on them

• Why people like working here

• A real growth plan for every engineer, plus regular 1:1s with your manager

• Flexibility that’s actually real. Appointment or car trouble? Communicate and get your work done, no PTO needed

• A team that solves problems together instead of passing them around

Comp: base + 12.5% annual bonus, 401(k) match, tuition assistance, and solid medical options.

You’re a fit if you have

• A mechanical engineering degree and 3+ years of new product development in a manufacturing setting
• Real experience designing formed metal parts and building flat patterns
• Strong 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks or Creo)
• Projects you’ve owned start to finish

On-site role. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

I know this team well, and this is one I’d take myself if I were an engineer. Apply, or message me and I’ll tell you everything I can’t put in a post.
