  • Perform engineering calculations, thermal and structural simulations, and design experiments with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Develop test protocols, conduct laboratory testing, and analyze results to verify product performance and design requirements.
  • Build and evaluate prototypes to support product development, concept validation, and research initiatives.
  • Prepare engineering reports, validation documentation, Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Support Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and verification and validation (V&V) activities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales teams to support product development and customer requirements.
  • Provide technical support for customer projects, including occasional customer site visits.
  • Research new materials, technologies, competitor products, and industry developments to support innovation.
  • Communicate project progress, technical challenges, and potential risks while meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Follow established quality, safety, and engineering standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering requirements.
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently on assigned tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
