PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

1.      To research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.

2.      Plan and develop new product to assist in expansion and growth.

3.      Work closely with sales team and other departments (QC, Production &  Regulatory) throughout the product development process to ensure smooth execution.

4.      Coordinate with suppliers to source innovative raw materials and packaging, and maintain strong working relationships for timely support.

5.      Generate new product ideas based on market trends, customer demands, and emerging technologies or ingredients.

6.      Support the Sales and Marketing team in handling customer enquiries, providing technical input, and product knowledge.

7.      Involve in the research and development of new product sample to clients.

Requirements:

1.      Candidate must possess at least Degree in Food Science/ Nutrition or equivalent.

2.      At least 2 years of working experience in product development.

3.      Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.

4.      Required Skill(s): computer literacy, good interpersonal skill.

5.      Pro-active, critical thinking, detailed and able to work independently.

6.      Working location: Jalan Kelang Lama, Kuala Lumpur.
