Product Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Product Development Executive to manage product development across two business groups: Fashion & Shapewear (such as shaping pants and fashion & function apparel) and Health & Wellness (such as compression socks, foot care products, and daily health products). The role involves discovering new products, identifying market trends and consumer needs, and developing ideas into commercially viable products.

Salary: THB 25,000–30,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Work Arrangement: On-site
Location: Srinakarin Road, near MRT Kalantan Station (Yellow Line)

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends, competitor products, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and propose new product ideas
• Analyse customer pain points, reviews, and feedback to develop or improve products
• Create product concepts and briefs including target customer, function, material, feature, USP, colour, and size
• Source, contact, and coordinate with suppliers and factories both domestically and internationally
• Monitor sample development, test products, and coordinate adjustments until ready for production
• Compare products, quality, costs, and supplier information to support decision-making
• Prepare product information such as features, benefits, USP, and key data for handover to Marketing, Content, and E-commerce teams
• Plan and monitor product development timelines to ensure new products launch on schedule
• Track sales, reviews, feedback, returns, and complaints post-launch to improve and develop next-generation products
• Manage and monitor multiple product development projects according to timeline

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Development, Product, Merchandising, Sourcing, or related fields
• Experience in Fashion, Apparel, Shapewear, Health & Wellness, Beauty, or Consumer Products is highly valued
• Product sense with interest in discovering new products and tracking trends both in Thailand and internationally
• Ability to research and analyse competitor and market data
• Skills in coordinating, negotiating, and following up with suppliers and factories
• Ability to use English for research and basic communication with suppliers
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in sourcing products from abroad is highly valued
