Product Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on inquiries for packaging products, including paper, plastic, and fabric products.

• Conduct price comparisons, quotations, and negotiations.

• Review drawings and artwork to ensure design consistency and accuracy.

• Follow up on sampling and product development to ensure qualified goods are delivered on time.

• Communicate daily with sales offices and vendors to provide project and order status updates.

• Prepare and update routine reports as required.

• Guide Customer Service (CS) teams on bulk inspection standards and quality control requirements.

• Ensure suppliers meet all compliance requirements.

• Travel to China occasionally for in-line and final inspections when required.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of merchandising experience in the printing or packaging industry.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

• Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.

• Diploma or university degree in a related discipline.

• Knowledge of packaging testing regulations and AQL inspection standards is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Positive, cheerful, and flexible mindset.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
