What they need
1.Develop annual product portfolio development plans for existing products.
2. Create RTM (Road to Market) regarding pricing policies, positioning, and others.
3. Serve as the communication center to Principals/Partners (Price term and condition).
4. Monitor DOI (Days of Inventory) according to targets, availability, and perform stock allocation.
5. Communicate and monitor the execution of product strategies within the Business Unit team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Management / Sourcing.
- Familiar with ERP administrative systems, meticulous, and efficient.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Have a valid SIM A (Driving License)
- Willing to be placed in South Tangerang.
