Role Description The Digital Product Intern role at PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk is a full-time, on-site paid internship in Jakarta, Indonesia. The intern will support digital product testing, production issue monitoring, and product development across multiple digital banking products and channels.

Responsibilities include performing product testing and preparing testing documentation, monitoring and tracking production issues, assisting with issue analysis and stakeholder follow-up, conducting product and competitor research, supporting product ideation and improvement, preparing product documentation, and assisting with data analysis and product-related reports.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or 4th-year university students in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or related fields

2. Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Software Testing/QA is an advantage

3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

4. Good communication and documentation skills

5. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

6. Interest in digital product development and technology

7. Able to work independently and collaboratively

8. Proactive, eager to learn, and well-organized

9. Willing to commit full-time and start immediately
