Product development intern (start February 2027)

Wanna find out what it’s like to work at a sustainable denim brand? Kuyichi is looking for an intern with a planet-friendly heart! Since 2000, Kuyichi has been trying to change the fashion industry for the better, and now the product development team is in need of reinforcement. Are you detail-oriented and well-organised? Then you’re the one we’re looking for!

This position is already filled for 2026.

• Your role

  As our product development denim intern, you’ll be assisting our product manager in product development for denim 75% and non-denim 25%. What a workweek will look like for you:

  • Measure and document our samples;
  • Organise and sort out our proto's and production samples;
  • Maintain and building our fabric, fit, wash library and denim production guidelines.

• Requirements

  We're looking for you if you:

  • Do a study with a focus on product development (in fashion);
  • Are available for at least 4-5 days a week for a minimum of four months;
  • Live in the area of Utrecht, or are willing to travel;
  • Are fluent in both Dutch and English.

• Besides that you're

  • a detail-oriented and organised;
  • sustainable at heart (or wanting to be);
  • a team player who can also work independently;
  • familiar with Excel / Google sheets.
