Product Development Lab Executive

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new laboratory tests and protocols.
• Analyze data and results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including test results and inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including chromatography and spectroscopy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
