Product Development Manager (Chef)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Development Manager (Chef) to join our team and play a key role in developing innovative food products while preserving the heritage and quality standards that our brand is known for.

Job Scope:

• Develop new product recipes and select ingredients.
• Plan and conduct sensory tests and panel sessions for food products.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with food regulations during mass production.
• Monitor and maintain food safety systems and quality control.
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in F&B.
• Strong knowledge of Food Science.
• Skilled in cost management and production efficiency.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5 days
