Product Development Manager/ผู้จัดการแผนกพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์

Main Responsibilities :

-      Making strategic decisions about design elements, materials, manufacturing methods, and other factors that affect a product’s performance, safety, cost, and aesthetics.

-       Managing the budget and financial resources associated with each product development project

-       Providing leadership, motivation, and guidance to a team of product development.

-       Establishing timelines for each phase of the product development process, including testing and qualification.

-       Approved product specification, product standard and all documents related to product development process

-       Managing relationships with suppliers, including negotiating contracts, reviewing samples, and approving materials for product

-       Keeping abreast of technological advances in plastic packaging to determine their potential impact on finished products.

-       Set and meet various KPIs to achieve organization objectives

Qualifications :

-     Bachelor degree or higher in any related field with previous knowledge of work flow management

-     At least 5 years of product development, project management, and/or research development  and 3 years in managerial level specified in the Manufacturing industry.

-     Familiar  with  ISO 9001-2015 and GHPs/HACCP Program and Implementation

-     Experience in  Plastic  Processing

-     Self initiative, good analytical and systematic thinking skills

-     Hands-on, results-oriented and be a good team player

-     Strong leadership, excellent people management and communication skills

-     Excellent English communication
