Product Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Development Manager to lead the development and management of telecommunications products across ISP, NAP, Submarine Cable, Data Center, Connectivity, and Digital Services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product strategy, product roadmap, and new product initiatives based on market and customer needs
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Develop and manage products such as Internet, IP Transit, DIA, IP Backbone, Dark Fiber, MPLS/SD-WAN, Wholesale Connectivity, Submarine Cable Capacity, Data Center Connectivity, Colocation, Cross Connect, and Cloud Connectivity
• Prepare Product Concept, Product Requirement, Business Case, Feasibility Study, Pricing Strategy, and Go-to-Market Plan
• Analyze CAPEX, OPEX, Revenue, Gross Margin, ROI, Payback Period, and product profitability
• Develop competitive and profitable product pricing
• Lead product launch and coordinate product readiness with Sales, Marketing, Network, Engineering, Operation, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Customer Service
• Monitor product performance including Revenue, Customer Growth, Utilization, Margin, ARPU, Churn, and Product Adoption
• Manage product lifecycle and recommend product improvement, repricing, expansion, or retirement
• Provide strategic recommendations to Management regarding new market opportunities and revenue streams

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Telecommunications, ISP, NAP, Data Center, Cloud, Connectivity, or ICT industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management/Product Development
• Strong understanding of ISP, NAP, Connectivity, Submarine Cable, and Data Center business
• Strong understanding of telecommunications products such as IP Transit, DIA, IP Backbone, Dark Fiber, MPLS/SD-WAN, Wholesale Connectivity, Colocation, Cross Connect, and Cloud Connectivity
• Experienced in Business Case, Financial Analysis, Product Pricing, Market Analysis, and Go-to-Market Strategy
• Strong commercial and business acumen with understanding of CAPEX, OPEX, Revenue, Gross Margin, ROI, and Payback Period
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to lead cross-functional product development projects
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
