Product Development Manager - Learning & Training

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and agile Product Development Manager to join our team in the business training industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative online learning products, including both synchronous and asynchronous courses, while ensuring they align with market needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, planning, development, and management of training products, including online, offline, synchronous, and asynchronous learning programs
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend assessments to identify new product opportunities
• Design and optimize product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs
• Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and content development teams to create high-quality learning solutions
• Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to support successful product launches and revenue growth
• Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and business metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Lead product marketing initiatives and support sales enablement through product positioning and value proposition development
• Prepare business cases, product proposals, product solution presentations, and executive-level PowerPoint presentations
• Manage cross-functional collaboration between Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Training teams to ensure successful product execution
• Establish product development processes, standards, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability
• Coach and mentor team members while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus)
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the business training or education industry
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories, especially for online learning
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to collaborate effectively across different departments and teams
• Creative, initiative-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
