Product Development Manager- Long Haul

Responsibilities

• Product development through creating innovative products, new itineraries and exploring new destinations
• Extend product portfolio based on market trends and targeted customers needs
• Support business plan & strategies to achieve sales targets and stay ahead of the competition
• Explore the right /new target segments to promote the products and grow the business
• Monitor quality control on products to ensure in line with legal and corporate requirements
• Enforcing product development process and achieving product excellence by undertaking R&D, injection of new elements and creation of innovative program for new customer segments.
• Work closely with stakeholders in the production of brochures and flyers to promote product differentiation
• Any other duties or projects as and when assigned

Requirements

• F.7 or above with formal training in Tourism or Travel related subjects
• At least 10 years' relevant experience, of which at least 4 years in managerial level
• Experience in product development in travel industry is essential
• Creativity and innovation
• Proactive with analytical thinking
• Good at planning, organizing and project management
• Excellent communication, presentation & customer service skill
• Able to work under pressure and to meet multiple deadlines
• Must be computer literate
• Fluent in both spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
