We're looking for an experienced Product Development Engineer who enjoys solving practical engineering problems, working directly with clients, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop products from concept through validation
• Create and refine mechanical designs using Creo
• Design practical, manufacturable solutions
• Build, test, evaluate, and improve prototypes
• Present technical recommendations and project updates to clients
• Manage individual tasks and priorities across multiple projects
• Collaborate with a team of experienced product developers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 3-5 years of product development experience
• Professional 3D Modeling experience (Creo strongly preferred)
• Experience designing products for manufacturing
• Experience with prototyping, testing, and design iteration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with both clients and teammates

Medical device experience is valuable but not required.

Pay: $82,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
