Product Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements, market trends, and business opportunities into viable product concepts.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and potential product opportunities.
• Develop and refine product concepts based on market requirements and client specifications.
• Coordinate with R&D and Marketing teams in the development and improvement of products.
• Evaluate prototypes and provide technical recommendations for product development.
• Prepare and present product concepts, prototypes, and proposals to clients.
• Gather, analyze, and incorporate client feedback into product improvements.
• Provide technical support and product information to internal teams and clients.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring new product development projects.
• Support product development activities from initial concept, prototyping, testing, and refinement through commercialization.
• Prepare product development documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
• Monitor project timelines and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of development activities.
• Perform other product development-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any allied science background
• Preferably with experience in product research and market trends
• Strong understanding of product development processes and market research.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work onsite and travel for client meetings or product-related activities when required.
