What they need

As the Product Development Program Coordinator at Rock Solid Supply, you are responsible for making sure product information leaves Product Development and reaches the market complete, accurate, and documented, so that no launch or brand program depends on what one person remembers.

WHO WE ARE

At Rock Solid, we believe it's not what we build — it's who we build.

Our purpose is to elevate the human experience by activating our individual and collective strengths. We are a people-first, problem-solving manufacturing company committed to delivering happiness — to our customers and to each other.

Our values guide every decision:

  • Unleash Your Unique Ability — we nurture the strengths of every team member.
  • Commit to Excellence — “good enough” is never enough.
  • Servant Leadership — we lead with respect, integrity, and humility.
  • Deliver Happiness — we turn ordinary moments into extraordinary ones, for customers and each other.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain the launch handoff package for every released product: specifications, dimensions, finishes, construction details, SKU attributes, and image references, checked against the released PDLS.
  • Make sure every launch has a complete handoff package before marketing production starts, and hold a marketing job when a specification needs confirming.
  • Keep product information in marketing assets, websites, the configurator, and retailer product submissions matching the released PDLS.
  • Maintain the product, option, and rule content in the Stonewood 3D configurator so it reflects the active assortment of every brand it carries.
  • Document product engineering knowledge, including specifications, construction standards, and supplier details, in shared artifacts so it is not held only by individuals.
  • Catch discrepancies between a Product Development release and marketing material before release, and escalate specification conflicts that are not resolved within 2 business days.
  • Maintain the documented product record so dealer and retailer product questions can be answered without going back to Product Development.
  • Work with Product Development, Purchasing, the Technology Lead, and the Brand Marketing Coordinator to keep product data accurate and flowing into every asset.
  • Report handoff package status for every launch into the Marketing Leader's weekly launch readiness review.
  • Use the RSS Marketing GPT and approved document tools to compare marketing material against the PDLS, turn working files into structured product documentation, and answer routine product questions from the documented record.

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in product data, product information management, marketing operations, or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong attention to detail, with comfort reading and checking specifications, dimensions, finishes, and construction details.
  • Clear written communication and the ability to turn working files and interviews into structured documentation.
  • Comfort working with AI tools and shared documentation systems.
  • Experience with product configurators, product databases, or PIM tools an asset.
  • Experience in manufacturing, building products, or cabinetry an asset.

IIf you're a Brand Marketing Coordinator who takes ownership of getting every deliverable to the field on time and on brand, and thrives on keeping a busy queue moving, we encourage you to apply by submitting your resume and a brief cover letter

We are committed to providing accommodations in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). If you require accommodation during any part of the recruitment process, please contact us.
