Product Development Specialist

1. Develop product concepts (positioning, target consumer, key benefits, hero ingredients, texture/sensory, packaging direction) and write up the product briefs.
2. Coordinate product development & sampling with R&D, Factory, QC, and packaging suppliers.
3. Do sensory evaluations as a panelist (texture, aroma, visual/look, application, overall experience) and give feedback to keep things aligned with the approved concept.
4. Keep product dev docs updated (trackers, sample evals, project reports), plus support packaging development and launch prep.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related, with 1–2 years in Product Development (FMCG/maklon or beauty industry is a plus).
2. Genuinely into beauty products, market trends, ingredients, and consumer behavior.
3. Solid research, communication, coordination, and project management skills, plus good grasp of cosmetic packaging (materials, specs, dimensions, sampling process).
4. Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, can juggle multiple projects, and proficient in English.
