Product Development Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify product opportunities.

• Develop and manage products, including concepts, features, pricing, packages, and value propositions.

• Coordinate end-to-end product development, testing, launch, and post-launch evaluation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product implementation.

• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

• Prepare business proposals, pricing analyses, reports, and recommendations to support business decisions.

Job Requirements:

• Having minimum 1–2 years of experience in Product, Business Development, Business Analysis, or related roles.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven skills with knowledge of market research and competitor analysis.

• Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Tech-savvy, up to date with market trends and emerging technologies; proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word, with LLM tools knowledge preferred.
