Product Development Staff

About the role

This role involves supporting product trial processes in a manufacturing environment, specifically within the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic industry. You will work with the Product Development team to execute trial procedures, manage raw material weighing, prepare documentation and equipment, and maintain accurate records of trial results and process data.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing product trial processes according to Product Development team guidance
• Weigh raw materials according to established formulas
• Prepare documents and equipment before trial processes in accordance with procedures
• Record trial results, material usage, and process data accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure equipment is in good condition after use
• Assist in sample collection and evaluation of trial results with relevant teams
• Comply with SOP, GMP, and occupational health and safety requirements during work processes

About you

• Minimum education: SMK (vocational high school), preferably in Industrial Pharmacy
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing industry, particularly in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic sectors
• Understanding of basic raw material weighing and use of measuring equipment
• Meticulous, disciplined, and able to follow work instructions and SOP
• Able to work collaboratively in a team with good communication skills
• Willing to work according to trial process requirements
• Understanding of GMP, 5R/5S, or HACCP is valued
• Experience working in production environments that prioritise quality and precision
