Product Development Staff (Seafood)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve food products based on market trends, consumer needs, and business requirements.
• Conduct product trials, experiments, and sensory evaluations.
• Prepare and modify product formulations to achieve the desired quality, taste, texture, and cost.
• Conduct laboratory and production-scale trials.
• Coordinate with related departments such as QA, QC, Production, Procurement, and Marketing during the product development process.
• Prepare product development documentation, formulations, trial reports, and product specifications.
• Support product testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting during the development process.
• Ensure developed products comply with applicable food safety, quality, halal, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor raw material performance and identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
• Support other product development projects and initiatives as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Development/R&D, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of food formulation, food processing, and product development.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, Halal, FSSC 22000, BRC, or other relevant food safety standards is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be placed in Gadog / Megamendung, Bogor.
