What they need
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to Product Engineering personnel to ensure work assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor new product development activities from customer requirement review through production launch.
- Develop project schedules and monitor engineering progress to ensure milestones and customer delivery requirements are achieved.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and product requirements to ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
- Manage engineering documentation, drawing revisions, and product specifications to maintain document accuracy and traceability.
- Evaluate mold designs, mold specifications, and tooling requirements to support new product development.
- Establish and optimize injection molding process parameters based on material characteristics and product requirements.
- Lead mold trial evaluations, process validation, and engineering investigations to ensure stable production conditions.
- Analyze molding defects and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process performance.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Tooling, Purchasing, Sales, and customers to resolve engineering concerns and ensure successful project implementation.
