PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry or Pharmacy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development or product management in a related field
• Keeping up with current trends in baby care, kids care & hair care, cosmetics& Skincare
• Strong understanding of development processes, both conceptual and execution stages
• Solid knowledge of product and packaging concepts
• Able to perform market analysis aligned with product targets
• Capable of managing product launch timelines and schedules
• Highly skilled in makeup application, from daily and formal looks to artistic styles
• Detail-oriented in product reviewing
• Excellent communication and public-speaking skills
• Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrates strong leadership, responsibility, initiative, proactiveness, creativity, and work ethics
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel (including Pivot), Word, PowerPoint, and Canva; Photoshop proficiency is an advantage
• Willing to work at Cikupa - Tangerang

Job Description :

• Develop product ideas aligned with current market trends and needs
• Conduct market surveys and analyze competitor products
• Create product concepts, including defining claims, USP, design, and packaging
• Oversee the end-to-end development process—from benchmark selection, competitor and sample review, packaging selection, quality assurance for both product and packaging, to production and final product readiness according to the timeline
• Coordinate product launch preparation with the marketing team, official store materials, product knowledge, and exclusive box development
