What they need
- Pendidikan minimal D4-S1 Teknologi Pangan, Teknologi Industri Pertanian, Teknik Kimia, dan jurusan lain yang relevan
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai supervisor / 2 tahun sebagai staff di industri FnB, Central Kitchen, Central Production, atau di FMCG FnB
- Paham akan development product olahan cabai (sauce, sambal, chili powder), steps develop product restaurant , perhitungan yield & costing, & uji shelf life serta organoleptik (untuk produk condiment)
- Wajib memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang GMP dan HACCP
- Paham dalam menggunakan Ms. Office
- Memiliki leadership, problem solving, ketelitian tinggi, serta kemampuan komunikasi lintas divisi yang efektif.
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar dan berkomitmen mendukung penerapan SMK3 di perusahaan
- Penempatan di PT Pesta Pora Abadi - Central Kitchen 2 (Singosari, Malang)
