Product Development Technical Lead

Develop and track Product Development (PD) schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.

Identify, track, and resolve technical issues and project risks.

Manage timely release of BOMs, specifications, and product documentation.

Coordinate Design Reviews, FMEA, SCIF, and other design-quality activities.

Support configuration and change management, including project resource and budget tracking.

Perform initial sub-system/component testing before verification and validation activities.

Manage work packages related to Hardware (HW) and Mechanical (ME) development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HW, SW, Systems, Quality, and Product Development.

Support customer requirements, technical discussions, and project deliverables.

Required Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of Electrical/Electronics engineering.

Experience in System Engineering for:

Instrument Cluster

Audio Systems

Infotainment Systems

Experience in Product Requirement Capture / SRD.

Hands-on knowledge of requirement management tools such as DOORS NG / RTC.

Experience with SW flashing/programming tools such as:

MyCANIC

Cyclone PRO

FP5 Programmer

Knowledge of the System V-Model / V-Diagram.

Understanding of certification and validation activities for:

Android

Apple CarPlay

Wi-Fi

Bluetooth

USB

CE

ICASA
