Product Development Technical Manager / Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Management: Lead the team to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for intimate apparel, loungewear, and activewear, enhancing product quality and development efficiency.
• Development Supervision: Spearhead technical development, pattern risk assessment, and process improvement to ensure compliance with international standards and cost control.
• Client & Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the sample room and production teams; participate in client meetings and lead fitting and approval processes.
• Process Optimization: Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to optimize bulk production feasibility, improve quality consistency, and minimize material wastage.
• Team Training: Provide professional guidance and training to the technical development and sample room staff to strengthen the team's technical capabilities.

Requirements:

• Core Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel manufacturing with exposure to international clients, including at least 3 years in a technical management or core technical role.
• Experience in intimate apparel, loungewear, or activewear is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in production processes, pattern structure, grading, and international quality inspection standards for both knit and woven garments.
• Key Competencies: Excellent cross-departmental communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to effectively resolve technical bottlenecks prior to production.
• Language & Technology: Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with basic proficiency in English. Familiarity with AI tool operations is a strong advantage.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly resilient, and able to execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

主要職責：技術管理：帶領團隊建立內衣、家居服及運動服的標準作業程序（SOP），提升產品品質與開發效率。開發監督：主導產品技術開發、版型風險評估與製程改良，確保符合國際標準並控制成本

客戶對接：與樣辦室及生產團隊緊密協作，參與客戶會議並主導試衣（Fitting）與批辦流程

製程優化：推動持續改善項目（CI），優化大貨生產可行性，提升品質一致性並降低損耗

團隊培訓：為技術開發及樣辦室人員提供專業指導，提升團隊技術儲備

任職要求：

核心資歷：5 年以上服裝製造業經驗，曾服務國際客戶，其中至少 3 年擔任服裝技術管理或核心技術崗位。具內衣、家居服或運動服經驗者優先

專業技能：精通針織及梭織服裝的製作流程、紙樣結構、放碼及國際品質檢驗標準。核心能力：具備卓越的跨部門溝通與團隊領導能力，能有效解決生產前期的技術瓶頸。

語言及科技：良好中文（廣東話及普通話）溝通能力，具基本英語水平。熟悉 AI 工具操作者獲優先考慮
