Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with organizational objectives and market demands.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from requirements gathering, wireframing using tools like Balsamiq, to deployment and post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into detailed requirements, and communicate progress effectively through presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Utilize project management software such as Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and Agile planning tools to coordinate development efforts following Agile, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Waterfall, or SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
• Oversee technical aspects including APIs integration, databases management with SQL, system development using UML diagrams, and IT infrastructure considerations.
• Drive data analytics initiatives utilizing tools like Looker and Microsoft Excel to inform product decisions and optimize user experiences for mobile applications and SaaS platforms.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through stakeholder management, user acceptance testing (UAT), test case creation, and analysis skills development.
• Lead strategic management efforts by coordinating with engineering teams on system development projects involving IoT (Internet of Things) devices and ensuring IT governance compliance.

Experience

• Proven experience in product management or related roles within a fast-paced technology environment.
• Strong background in Agile software development practices including Scrum, SAFe frameworks, and Agile planning tools like Jira or VersionOne.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex software development projects utilizing project management methodologies such as Waterfall or SDLC.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud services including AWS (Amazon Web Services) for scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Hands-on experience with mobile applications development using Java or HTML for front-end interfaces; familiarity with APIs integration is essential.
• Expertise in data analytics platforms such as Looker or Microsoft Excel for insights-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination skills coupled with leadership capabilities in managing technical product teams across multiple disciplines.
• Strong analysis skills for requirements design, wireframing (using Balsamiq), system analysis, and user acceptance testing processes.
• Familiarity with databases management systems including SQL; experience in system development product management is preferred.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
