We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Product Director to lead our system development product management initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role requires a strong focus on product strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and agile development practices to deliver innovative solutions that drive growth and operational excellence. As a key leader within our organization, the Product Director will coordinate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and data analytics to shape the future of our products and ensure their successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Lead system development product management efforts, overseeing the planning, design, and deployment of new features and enhancements.
• Manage product development projects from conception through launch, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Foster effective cross-functional communication among engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to facilitate seamless product execution.
• Utilize agile product development methodologies to optimize workflows, prioritize features, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure high-quality implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across various departments to gather feedback, align expectations, and ensure stakeholder needs are met.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
• Drive innovation by staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape insights.

Pay: $220,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
