YOUR ROLE

Track Leader and single point of accountability for the Ecosystem Enablement discovery phase. Acts as the bridge between Business, PMO, and the technical architecture team while driving the blueprint to approval and execution readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the discovery phase from initiation through blueprint approval and maintain accountability for scope, outcomes, and execution readiness
• Coordinate Business, Rubicon PMO, architecture, technology, operations, risk, and delivery stakeholders
• Translate business objectives and backlog priorities into a structured discovery plan, decision framework, and delivery outcomes
• Facilitate workshops to validate scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, sequencing, and acceptance criteria
• Drive consolidation of functional and technical estimates into a definitive delivery plan and resource model
• Coordinate all documentation necessary to progress internal SBC governance and approval processes
• Maintain traceability across requirements, solution decisions, estimates, risks, dependencies, and approvals
• Define the mobilization approach for the subsequent delivery/build squad based on the approved blueprint

YOUR PROFILE

• 15+ years of relevant experience in payments and cards domain experience, with exposure to issuing, acquiring, digital channels, or card ecosystem enablement
• Demonstrated experience leading discovery, solution shaping, planning, or complex delivery mobilization
• Experience bridging business, PMO, architecture, engineering, operations, and governance stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of estimation, delivery planning, governance documentation, and execution readiness
• Experience in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments.
