Product Enablement Lead

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Enablement Lead to lead the discovery phase of a major ecosystem enablement initiative, driving cross-functional alignment across Business, PMO, Architecture, Technology, and Operations teams through blueprint approval and execution readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery from initiation through blueprint approval, ensuring clear scope, outcomes, and execution readiness.
• Coordinate Business, PMO, Architecture, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Delivery stakeholders.
• Translate business priorities into a structured discovery plan, decisions, and delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops to validate scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and sequencing.
• Consolidate functional and technical estimates into an integrated delivery plan and resource model.
• Manage governance, approval documentation, decision logs, and requirements traceability.
• Define the mobilization approach and handover plan for the delivery/build squad.
• Ensure discovery outputs are complete, actionable, and minimize rework during implementation.

Requirements

• Strong experience in the payments and cards domain, including issuing, acquiring, digital channels, or card ecosystem enablement.
• Proven experience leading discovery, solution shaping, strategic planning, or complex delivery mobilization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Business, PMO, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Governance.
• Experience in estimation, delivery planning, governance, and execution readiness.
• Experience working in Agile, Hybrid, and/or Waterfall environments.
• Strong ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders, risks, and dependencies.
