Product Enablement Lead

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Product Enablement Lead & Project Manager to support the development and adoption of our SaaS communications platform, nGAGE. This role bridges product, delivery, and user experience, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, solutions are effectively implemented, and users are successfully onboarded and supported.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and deliver high-quality training and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects related to nGAGE

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives

Requirements & Product Documentation

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, structured functional specifications

• Create and maintain detailed requirement documentation for the SaaS platform

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation

User Training & Enablement

• Design and deliver training programs for end users and internal teams

• Facilitate onboarding sessions, workshops, and product walkthroughs

• Identify training needs and continuously improve training materials

Help Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Develop clear, user-friendly help documentation, guides, and FAQs

• Create and maintain a centralised knowledge base for the platform

• Ensure documentation is up to date with product changes and enhancements

• Improve user adoption through accessible and well-structured support content

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in SaaS or technology environments
• Strong ability to gather and document requirements (e.g., BRDs, PRDs, user stories)
• Experience working with or supporting campaign management platforms or marketing systems
• Skilled in creating training programs and facilitating user education
• Excellent technical writing skills for developing help and support documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with UX principles and user journey mapping
• Experience with knowledge base tools or learning management systems (LMS)
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
