About the Role

We're not looking for someone to "write code from a spec."

We want someone who's ready to build real products with AI — startup-style. Things that actually ship, actually get used, and actually break sometimes (that's fine, we learn fast).

This isn't just a coding seat. It's a runway to become a Solo Product Owner — someone who owns a product end to end, from idea → build → ship.

What You'll Actually Do

• Build and ship products with AI-driven development as your default way of working — AI is your teammate, not just a chatbot for jokes
• Read, understand, and steer AI-generated code — you guide it, review it, and make sure it actually works
• Use AI to debug and crush problems fast
• Make your own calls in a fast-moving, always-changing environment
• Grow into owning the whole product, not just picking up tasks

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• A working understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React — enough to read, understand, and guide the code (you don't need to be a wizard who writes every line by hand, but you do need to know what good code looks like)
• Real hands-on experience using AI to develop and debug — this is the core of how we work
• Comfortable with constant change — today's plan might not be tomorrow's
• A "move fast and break things" mindset: brave enough to experiment, decide, and learn from mistakes quickly
