Product Engineer

• Participate in the development and deployment of ASIC and other products utilizing advanced process nodes. 2. Support the design, validation, and mass production introduction of new product lines and technologies such as CPO, IVR, cHBM, etc. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges during product development and ensure smooth project execution. 4. Continuously stay updated with industry trends in advanced semiconductor process technologies and innovative packaging techniques, and provide technical recommendations.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• 1. Master's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
• 2. Strong interest in ASIC product development and advanced process technologies.
• 3. Passionate about learning and applying new product lines and technologies, such as CPO, IVR, and cHBM.
• 4. Proactive attitude with excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• 5. Relevant experience in product introduction or research and development is preferred.
