What they need

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead Product Development and PLM activities from concept to production.
Manage NPI, product changes, and engineering updates.
Define product requirements and technical specifications.
Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking.
Track product performance, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Operations teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

5-8 years of experience in Product Development, PLM, and NPI.
Experience in Product Requirements Management and Product Performance Analysis.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, or Engineering Services background preferred.
Knowledge of SAP, Windchill, Teamcenter, Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage.
