该职位来源于猎聘 The product engineer in SAS engine act as the link between the local engineering in Rugao and product development department. Focus on product introduction coordination and detect optimization in the whole process. He or she’s effort will contribute to the overall efficiency, consistency, and compliance of product development activities.

Job Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement

Challenge and identify opportunities for continuous Product improvements in cooperation with related functions (production, quality, R&D etc.). Coordinate identified opportunities of Product Improvements with SEU and SLA.

Product Engineering

Introduce and follow up Product changes at the Engine Assembly, lead and control relevant activities to ensure the ECO implemented on site.

Follow General product development and participate in the implementation of new technologies.

Assure the agreed methods and tools are being used (such as checking the methods and tools shown in EBBA are correct etc.) and keep continuous improvement of the Product Engineering way of working.

Engineering Solutions Design

Contribute to the development of Work with Process Engineers and Designers in the PD-process to increase the design-for-assembly aspects of the Product to achieve an optimal Production process, especially in the early phase of product development.

Technical Troubleshooting

Support technical troubleshooting efforts, aiding in the quick and accurate identification, analysis, and resolution of technical issues with product knowledge.

Engineering Drawings/standards

Collect parts drawings/standard to support the communication, evaluation, and implementation of engineering solutions.

Personal Capability Building

Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Competencies

FRAS/Enovia system usage for product relevant information

Engine knowledge to support product relevant problem solving and continue improvement

Technical Engineering knowledge

Strong understanding of Scania ONE PDP process

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level 6

Skills Proficient in English speaking, writing and listening.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
